We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and orders can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for most of items in new condition. 

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing.

Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.


1. Please contact with our customer service by sending us a ticket. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting us first.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.


If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please submit a ticket to us, our customer service will contact with you as soon as possible.


We will offer a full refund of items you have returned. 

Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the package. Once your return / exchange is processed, you will be emailed with a confirmation.
